Lactarmor® G CP/PA

Whey-based milk preparations enriched with vegetable fats. These are excellent alternatives to milk powder and allow you to maintain your current manufacturing process.

This product is a cost effective solution and can be used in the manufacture of yoghurt, ice cream, cheese, PVA, soups, confectionery and drinks.

This powder can be made with different fats such as coconut oil or non-hydrogenated palm oil with fat contents ranging from 26% to 50%. Depending on your applications, it is available in instant form or not.
