Lactarmor® DEMOS 40
Lactarmor® Demos 40 is a 40% demineralised serum. It is obtained by extracting part of the minerals from the milk to produce a creamy white powder. Partial demineralisation ensures a powder with a low mineral content while providing lactose and protein.
The 40% demineralised whey powder is also less salty than whey and has a good flavour.
Lactarmor® Demos 40 can be used in many applications such as ice cream, yoghurt, milk drinks, biscuits, chocolate…
It is an economical alternative to skimmed milk powder and has good texturing properties.
