This range of dairy ingredients rich in minerals comes from milk fractionation processes. The Lactosalt™ range of products contains up to five times less sodium than table salt (NaCl). They are intended for manufacturers who want to reduce the sodium level in their products and or enhance the salt flavor of their diet products. The Lactosalt™ range is used in partial or total substitution of salt in cheese and butcher products, in the pastry and bakery market, in sauces, soups and ready-made meals.
