Kapa® HHT
Kapa® HHT is a soluble protein with a casein base. It can be used to replace additives such as stabilisers or emulsifiers in conventional formulations.
Kapa® HHT can also be used to enrich the protein matrix in applications such as drinks or hyper-protein creams while providing milk calcium and little lactose.
