Yogos® 2 and 3

Yogos® 2 and 3 powders are obtained by fermenting skimmed milk and then drying it. This process results in protein-rich yoghurt powders with an excellent flavour profile.

This ingredient can be used in fillings, chocolate mixes, ice cream and bakery products. It is easily integrated into formulas and can be mixed with other powdered products as well as with liquid ingredients.
