Yogos® 26

Yogos® 26 powder is obtained by fermenting whole milk and then drying it. This process results in a whole milk yoghurt powder with a creamy texture and an excellent flavour profile. Yogos 26 is rich in protein and milk fat.

This ingredient can be used in fillings, chocolate mixes, ice cream and bakery products. It is easily integrated into formulas and can be mixed with other powdered products as well as with liquid ingredients.
