Downstream of the new ingredients development by the R&D, the application department is primarily responsible for the study of their functionality and to determine the optimal conditions of use. The application department also works on products already marketed by the company in order to more precisely identify the properties.
Based on client recipes, the application department carries out production tests on an industrial scale, in real food matrices. It checks the functionality of ingredients and the sustainability of processes within specific conditions of use. It ensures their compliance with the food and nutrition requirements of the industries that trust us.
