Peptones Vitalarmor® 900 – 950

Vitalarmor 900 and 950 are peptide concentrates obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of caseins followed by membrane separation of the high molecular weight fractions according to the desired target.
More specifically, the peptides in Vitalarmor® 950 are easily assimilated. They are perfectly stable to heat and have good water retention capacities.

These enzymatic casein hydrolysates are used for starter, cheese and fermented milk producers (and specific nutritional products). They offer cheaper and more efficient processes to improve yields.
