Lait 26 CP Standard – Instant

Milk-based preparations enriched with vegetable fat. It is an excellent alternative to milk powder and allows you to maintain your current manufacturing process.

This product is a cost effective solution and can be used in the manufacture of yoghurt, ice cream, cheese, P.F.B., soups, confectionery and drinks.

This powder can be made with different non-hydrogenated vegetable oils such as coconut oil or palm oil with fat contents ranging from 26% to 50%. Depending on your applications, it is available in instant form or not.
