Lactarmor® MP 0/30
Fat-free milk preparation with a milk protein content of 30%. It can advantageously replace skimmed milk powder in order to reduce production costs while maintaining the organoleptic and functional qualities of the finished product. Its protein content also makes it interesting from a nutritional point of view for dairy protein enrichment.
